Charmaine Batac, MD

    Dr. Batac graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology Accelerated and received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Santo Thomas, Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, Manila, Philippines. While in the Philippines she volunteered in medical and surgical missions that provided free medical care for indigent families.

    While a resident teacher at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Shadyside, she received the “Exceptional Resident Teacher Award” two years in a row. Dr. Batac is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Board of Family Medicine. She sees patients at both our New Kensington and Greensburg clinics.

    When not at work she enjoys cooking, travel, movies, photography, cross-stitching, and jewelry making.

Adolfo G. Bagnarello, MD

    Dr. Bagnarello received his medical degree from the University of Costa Rica Medical School and is accredited by the American Board of Internal Medicine. His experience includes 34 years in private practice in Internal Medicine and Primary Care.

    Dr. Bagnarello was a Fellow in Infectious Diseases at Hahnemann Hospital and the Cleveland Clinic, as well as serving a rotation as Chief of ER at Hospital Mexico in Costa Rica. He was also an intern at the Boston Veterans Administration Hospital. Dr. Bagnarello is certified to provide DOT physicals and Immigration Exams. He practices at our Vandergrift clinic.

    When not practicing medicine, Dr. Bagnarello enjoys watching politics and soccer.

Shannon McIntyre, MD

Family Practice Physician

    Doctor McIntyre graduated Summa cum laude with a B.S. in biology from Duke University and obtain her Doctor of Medicine from SUNY Upstate Medical University at Syracuse. She completed her residency at Washington Hospital. Doctor McIntyre previously served our veterans as a VA primary care provider. She has an interest in behavioral change and chronic care management.

    When not practicing medicine, she likes to spend time with her family, dancing, and enjoying the theater.

Lynn Vermeulen, CRNP

Family Medicine

    Ms. Vermeulen received her Bachelor of Science Nursing degree and Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Clarion University. Her academic honors and awards include the Sigma Theta Tau Research Award and membership in the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing and a GPA of 4.0.

    Before obtaining her CRNP degree, Ms. Vermeulen had more than 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. She provides services at both our New Kensington and Vandergrift clinics.

    When not practicing medicine, she likes traveling, baking, fishing, and mushroom hunting.

John Burnheimer, DMD

    Dr. John Burnheimer graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry in 2019. John completed his General Practice Residency at the Jesse Brown Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chicago Illinois. John is a member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Dental Society of Western Pennsylvania, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Mark Jones, LCSW

    We at Community Health Clinic are writing to introduce Mark Jones,  Licensed Clinical Social Worker who joined Community Health Clinic in October 2023. Mark Jones has extensive experience in treating anxiety disorders and sleep disorders. He has worked at St. Francis Medical Center for 15 years and Western Psychiatry for 20 years, where he created the obsessive-compulsive disorder treatment program and was involved in research for sleep disorders with adults. 

     Mark specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders such as Obsessive-compulsive disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, Trauma, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Depression. 

    Favorite hobby is hiking. 

Mary Cuccaro, DMD

    Dr. Cuccaro has dedicated her dental career as an educator and to serving the underserved, underinsured and uninsured in Western Pennsylvania.  She earned her dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and completed her General Practice Residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio which is part of the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine.   She is a member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Dental Society of Western Pennsylvania, Academy of General Dentistry and Pennsylvania Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Cuccaro is diligent in her pursuit of continuing education to stay current in her profession and dental care procedures for her patients.  When Dr. Cuccaro is not in the office, she enjoys the outdoors bike riding, walks with her dog, baking, crafting, music, the performing arts and living in the moment with her family.  

Hannah Gill, CRNP

    Mrs. Hannah Gill, CRNP received her Master’s in the Science of Nursing at Duquesne University, and the focus of her degree was Family Practice. During her studies Hannah worked in the Emergency Department at several local hospitals.  Before getting her CRNP in 2022, Hannah was a Registered Nurse for 16 years. To obtain her degree as a CRNP, Hannah did many clinical hours with offices including Polinski Medical Associates, Tri-State OB-GYN, Ric hard A. Papa and Associates, Family First Urgent Care and Tri-State Cardiology. 


    Hannah provides services at both our new Kensington and Greensburg locations.

    Hannah loves to spend time with her husband, family, and fur-babies. 

    Favorite hobby is to garden.
